Holding Management Accountable

I think more people need to hold their management accountable for effectively leading their teams. Ask questions, raise your hand and make requests. If you don't ask you will never get or know the answers to your questions. Lets stop complaining to our friends and co-workers and speak to those in charge of making changes. If you don't bring issues to their attention they may not even know anything is wrong, many senior managers are removed from the day to day of the workforce and are blind to serious issues or concerns; therefore, speak up!
