I recently stumbled on a blog that allows people to anonymously vent about work issues. It was very entertaining and some of the stories were pretty shocking!
For people who don't use blogs to vent, I was wondering how, where and to whom do people vent about work problems? Does anyone utilize unconventional methods to gripe about work issues?

What's the link for the blog you stumbled upon? I'd like to check it out.
When dealing with anger it is really helpful to vent your issues and when one will listen why not do it online? You mentioned a venue where people can vent and I would like to suggest another. I know of a new social networking site called Voike that allows you to record a message by phone and post it online and share it with others. That way you can vent without worrying about editing. Here is a post on the website that talks about how Voike can be used as a venting tool. https://ho.voike.com/.
I visited the site.. very interesting. thanks for sharing.
